Our Mist Eliminator has a unique three-dimensional pyramid-shape structure made up of interlocking thermoplastic mono-filament wires. This structure maximizes the chance of contact with droplets entrained in the air stream by orienting the fibers so that almost all of them are perpendicular to the direction of the air stream. The stepped arrangement not only changes the steam flow path, but also achieves efficient droplet removal by impingement, interception and centrifugation.

The filter pad consists out of one or more precisely structured layers to achieve almost 99% efficiency for your specific situation (as per air stream speed and droplets size).
